Our Products

Earth Structures are a leading stabilized rammed earth company. Since 1992 we have constructed over 280 buildings throughout Victoria, NSW, Thailand and the UK.

We are a sub-contracting company building the following three products.

ISE -  Insulated stabilised earth walls are 400mm thick with a 50mm central Styrofoam
         insert achieving an R value of 2.48. They are deal for external walling requiring
         high R Values.

SRE - Stabilised rammed earth walls are generally 300mm thick with high thermal mass.
          These walls are used mostly for internal walling and external walling that does not
          require high R Value.

ERE - Elevated rammed earth walls are built as pre-rammed panels and elevated using
          technology similar to pre-cast concrete construction. These walls are great for sites
          which make in-situ construction unviable.

All our walls are constructed using a mix of local road-base earth, cement and waterproofing admixtures. The blended material is then placed within pre-set formwork and compacted in 200mm layers to achieve dense, durable and beautiful off-form monolithic panels.

Stabilised rammed earth panels are linked together using special control joints and steel lintel systems. Our staff will assist with the design and construction methods required to achieve the building you want.
